Dali Museum Ceiling

We wandered through the Dali museum marveling (as well as other conflicting emotive states) on the more than copious exhibits out there for our viewing pleasure.
There’s quite a din due to the many tourist groups and school outings that permeate every nook and cranny of the place.
In one particular room there’s a spot where one might look up and hope to cleanse ones optical palette with a white ceiling hoping for a soothing sorbet for your assaulted senses…….

The Dali Museum – Plaza Gala-Salvador Dalí, 5, 17600 Figueras, Girona, Spain

We went up to see the fabled Dali Museum. He was certainly one with, shall we say, eclectic tastes.
This image is 23 shots in a panorama to fully take in the mural in the foyer (from the second floor) showing the other side of the museum where there are other exhibits.
We didn’t see any of the melting clocks and other things (disappointingly), but we were amused as we wandered through the mid of a mad genius.
The sheer amount of stuff is mind blowing.

The Church up on the Hill – Barcelona

It’s raining and I head up in a weird contraption aimed at giving on a unique (is it unique if everyone goes up??) perspective on the edifice photographed, plus an amazing view (If it were not so cloudy) of Barcelona and its surroundings. Apparently, on a good day, you can see Majorca from up here.
Anyways, this is the Church, it has two chapels. Up with Jesus at the top is also a nice view, but a puff inducing stroll up there (A lift takes you halfway)
