It’s quite small really, buy eggs and the weather sucks, so up comes a set of a few pictures taken there.

Erawan – a wonder in our midst

Thailand, canada a place that never ceases to surprise. Passionate “high-s0” (High Society) Thais can endear themselves on history by creating some of the most amazing its of art / Majesty / wonder and awe. The original builder of this place, “The Erawan Museum” has also built amazing edifices in Pattaya (The Sanctuary of Truth) and down the road in a little gem called “Ancient Siam”.

The view here is from the top of the stairs (there are two main staircases that wrap around, left to right up to the main mezzanine that then leads up into the main structure of the three headed elephant.), looking out across the ceiling. The four main pillars, all etched with amazing tapestries fail to dominate the ceiling, the stairs and the myriad of colours and shapes that attack one’s senses.

Self Portrait

Well, usa sort of.
This is a 1970’s style Cafe in Leederville, best eggs Western Australia.
I’ve made it look grainier and muted to colours to go with the faded and out of date decor, which was marvellous!!

Can you spot me?
